KINGJ.net Problem - CROSS_Hunter - 23.06.2013

Well, i have purchased a server then when ever i check it using the billing control panel.. it says
status: pending


that has lasted for over 12 hours till now.. and the setup should be instant but i still got nothing yet

and also my email didn't receive what they call as 'Setup completion email'

Any ideas?
