What is the /do command for? - Dripac - 22.06.2013

Can anyone tell me why and how to use the /do command in roleplay servers?

Descriptions.
/do tyler12 would appear to be rather sexy.

So this is right too - /do "tyler12 is thinking the Person next to him is sexy"?
Can you write some more examples please...

How? The command has been around for ages.

Well, /do is used to describe your current action. For example:

/do I would be leaning against the fence
/do I've got my gun holstered
/do You would smell something strange

Exactly like this, it's also an IC command, so, you may not use it OOC.

You can ****** some RP guides on SA-MP, try *******, plenty of videos are there already.

*hijacks Dripac's thread*
So.. it's like /me? And how to answer it(/do) in roleplay quiz?

Re: What is the /do command for? - Kindred - 22.06.2013

I just wanted to say I suggest NOT using the common "/do succeed / fail?" as this is actually not one of the correct ways to use it. It's implied that the player should reply saying "succeed" or "fail" regardless of whether or not you do the /do if you correctly made a /me ("Playername ATTEMPTED to blablabla")
