I think in your server folder - click double click on announce file and it should share it on internet list.

is your server home-hosted or ?

If your server is home-hosted then go to your samp server folder, run sa-mp-server.exe, remember to see server.cfg for your gamemodes etc. Then open your server list and add IP: 127.0.0.1 and it should be online.

and if you want others be able to join your server, you must have open ports. or use hamachi

To
Announce 1

Whether your server is home hosted or not, it is always displayed on the Internet list as long as you have the configuration announce set to 1 (via server.cfg) and you are done.

Just confirm that players have the ability to join your server (in other terms, you have portforwarded correctly) and you should be fine!
