RemoveBuildingForPlayer as SilverKiller said and you can use the Samp map editor to delete buildings, just open the map editor then click on the object and press "delete"

With Jernel's Map Editor, select the buidling you want to remove and click DELETE or press DEL button on your keyboard.

Then go to show code, copy that and paste it in your script under public OnPlayerConnect.
