Um , The economy means the prices ? Just raise them via the script ? Explain what you wanna do.

Don't give excessive amounts of money for doing the simplest of jobs? Like getting $500 for doing a sweeping job or something. These workers make like $12 an hour at most, so for a job that takes 4 minutes (4 in-game hours) to complete, the reward should be something like $50.

Find out where it's defined in the script and edit it. Ctrl+F is your friend.
