I use mysql database! I get this error!

We're gonna need to see the code being executed mate. Logs only tell us what to look for.

Make sure you are contacting the right adress/port, with the right login/password.

Or even if the server is reachable.

(Free server may not allow external connections)

most of the free web services don't allow mysql external connections
