How to add safe bots? like there name Will be there and they are in the server

They are normal bots, i called it safe cause didnt want to mix up with hacking flood bots. they are like npc but they say the players name

I think he wants that but it looks like he wants to put them in there so he can look like he has players.

This in fact i believe is against SA-MP rules.

By the looks of what you are requesting putting in "Bots" to give the image that your player count is higher is against SA-MP's Service Agreement.
