Hi, i have a problem with a shit decision!
I play on a RPG server when.. i practiced DM like on A/D mode, in 2 weeks i was banned for 3 reasons -> Laggermove (i don't know what is this..), No-reload, Phiacku Mode ( i think a little skin )

You should explain that to the server you're BANNED in staffs...so they can take a look and re-make a decision.

That server that banned you must have a ban appeal section on their forums.
Go there, appeal.
