player vehicle colour is not synced - SMW - 15.06.2013

i'm building my own new Roleplay GM, based on vortex 2 GM, but the player vehicle color is not synced, every players see a diffrent color with each other, any one could help ? thx

Dont use -1 as a color when creating vehicles.

no, i dont use it random the color from 1 - 127 every admin create the player vehicle, im using SQL db,
in the db, every player vehicle color isn't -1, but when the vehicle re-streamed, the color always changing..
