I don't know how to add custom skin to SA-MP by using script.. Has anyone know how?

Using SA-MP to add custom skin is current not possible.
Maybe in 0.4 it might be possible?

We're not sure of what'll come in 0.4, but as of now, SA:MP can't handle custom skins
