i can't set up Plugins and also can't upload my AMX. what's going on ?

Most hosts block the upload of binary files (dll, exe, so, etc) for security reasons. Plugins can usually be installed through the control panel.

@Vince, I dont know how to install my plugins with Control Panel.

When i upload some plugins, file uploader is not working.
