[Question] New GTAtitle.mpg - jakejohnsonusa - 12.06.2013

Ok, so I'm trying to create a new gtatitle.mpg... I've seen a few topics here about people creating them for their server mod packs, but no one explains how they do it.

Does anyone know how to create a working (good quality) intro video (gtatitle.mpg)?

I thought it would be as easy as converting it with a video format converter to a .mpg... lol it's not.
