What CPU do you have? GPU? How much RAM do you have?

Anything else lagging? If so, what?

Are you running programs in the background while gaming? If so, what?

Do you have mods installed? If so, which ones?

no games lagging

If it's in a server, it's probably the server lagging, almost no servers are as high end as your computer, what kind of servers do you play on? lots of people? start up community that probably uses a shit host...etc.

If it's GTA 4 thats lagging, it happens on all systems due to a terrible port job by Rockstar and friends...
