Did you download/install any modifications onto your GTA?

no everything is clean no mods no modification my graphic cards are up to date

the problem is when the gta is launching to play i get a crash for samp

Delete gta_sa.set file in Documents/GTA SA User Files folder. May help...

if that don't work try compatibility windows xp with run admin tick and applied
