My server is getting kind of dull I need some ideas for what I can add to it!

Current features!

It already does kind of. There are jobs, houses, cars, and such.

Not as of now, the player base it too little to need another admin, But if I do ill PM you. But any other ideas?

You overuse the name "system". System and function arent the same things. I counted 3 things where that classification isnt necessary.
Add something to improve player experience, the best way to do that is to ask your community (playerbase) for help.
