Hello, when i connect the dialogs not appear the chat not appear all appear not and i cant play and i dont see the buttons or anything? Can someone help me please?

Most likely your GTA itself is bugged or the files went croupt. Highly recommend you re install the game with the clean version.

Maybe you have to re-install SA + SAMP but just turn off everything that using your Internet , Example : Skype , Ventrilo , Team Speak etc
