How the skin of the police Harenndez(something like that)
Called in the gta3.img ?
I want to install a skin on that but I can't find it's name.

In-game Hernandez is referred to as a "special actor". The files are probably called specialXX.dff and specialXX.txd where XX is a number, like 09 or so.
