I got a link from a friend of mine to view a topic of his and it says:
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
well its not awaiting activation thats for sure.. is it because I dont come on here enough, not enough replies.. what is it?

Yah its a server ad, and those ads are typically purged at the beginning of every month. I can access it, I'll copy/paste it into a PM to you
