SRT AntiCheat - kaZax - 05.06.2013

This script will protect your server from cheaters.
The script protects against:
- Anti Kill Flood
- Anti Chat Flood
- Anti Reconnect Flood
- Anti Crash
- Anti Car Hack's
- Anti Loading
- Anti Bot's
- Anti Spawn Kill
To call the control panel to enter the command /srtcp team for RCON admins.
When you first start the configuration file is created in the folder scriptfiles
1 = enabled means AntiCheat
0 = means disabled AntiCheat
All change in the control panel are saved in the configuration
