when i run this server server gamemod say unkown and all plugins and filter scripts not load

please help me
and some errors appear when i start server i click ok

Your on windows.. your trying to load Linux plugins? .so is Linux and .dll is windows. You need the right plugins my friend.

Put those files in your folders, so plugins go in plugins and blah blah. Than go to .config and in line plugins put them like plugin.dll and blah blah.
