SA-MP Mouse stuck - Leighton - 04.06.2013

For some reason i can't get my mouse to move in samp. It gets stuck when i edit my toys or if i click spawn or press "t" to chat, I have tried reinstalling samp and changing the resolutions but i can't figure out why it has all of a sudden become stuck.

Here's more accurate information:

For some reason i can't get my mouse to move in samp. It moves when i press ESC but It gets stuck when i edit my toys or if i have to click spawn or press "t" to chat, I have tried reinstalling samp and changing the resolutions but i can't figure out why it has all of a sudden become stuck today. Today i switched from my little monitor to my big HD TV so i think this is somehow the problem and somehow it has affected SAMP.

LOL i was thinking the same thing, are you using Windows 8 haha not worth replying to =.=. It used to work properly but now today all of a sudden as i changed my monitor it stopped working, the mouse just remains stuck it's wierd.
