Version 3.0 (Steam) Downgrader! - NexusRP - 03.06.2013

For all of you steam users, I recently came across a great post over at the steam forums, and I decided to share it with you all. Heres the link:

This patches the v3.0 version of gta sa down to 1.0. Read the instructions, and make sure to read the 'readme' file.
