its my 1st server and when i always go into it it says ( The server didn`t respond . retrying )
so what i do ??

thats my server info " any wrong with it ? "

You can't join because that's your routers ip/dns, so you have to port forward or you can use your local host if you just want to play by yourself
127.0.0.1:7777 is your local ip but remember only you can join. So I would recommend you to portforward

i get the Run then CMD i put ( ipconfig )
then i copy the IPv4 Address so whats wrong ?!

there are many addresses at cmd
which i put the subnet mask
or
default gateway !?
might be i choose the wrong one

Maybe you should have searched before asking? Millions of people have posted the same shit and you could have already fixed your problem if you did some basic research before posting, and don't tell me you don't know how to use the search button.
You need to first port forward to have your server on your IP, to access it private just type ' 7777 ' in the IP list.
or
Your server is not on the right version that your client is. 0.3x. Make sure it's 0.3x sir.
