Yeah exactly to OnPlayerRequestClass , you can also use OnPlayerRequestSpawn

so when player presses Spawn button he gets the dialog if he didn't login yet.

but the requestclass will show the dialog when ever the player is still picking the skin

make sure that you make a check if the user didn't login so you show him the dialog..
