First of all, sorry for bad english.

Hello guys. I have a Raven's Roleplay 0.3x based SA-MP server. But there is a serious problem. When I or someone else bought a car, Instead of the selected vehicle, server giving ng patrol car. Anytime this is happens. I tried it with 5 different accounts and the result is always the same. If you are who knows what to do, and I'd appreciate it if you help me. Please answer as soon as possible.

Solution: Do not use the Raven's RP script.

If you know a same or much to same script with Raven's RP, tell me that I use it..

Almost all of the released RP scripts are a copy of the GodFather mode, which is what the Raven's RP script was based off of. It isn't going to be hard for you to find a script quite similar to Raven's.

Look inside RVRP.pwn and start searching for createvehicle, we need to know where the issue is coming from.

Also, there are alot of starter roleplay scripts available. I would highly suggest using of them and adding in features bit by bit VS. using a gamemode as Ravens, as it is vastly fleshed out.

Thanks for the suggestion Phil. I thought to create a script from scratch. But I do not want to deal with it, I chose the search of solution of Raven's RP's problem. Unfortunately, I think I'll do as you say.

I know that this sounds easier, and feels like its faster to start your own server by d/ling a script...but the time you "save" by not making your own script is ALL time wasted chasing down bugs and problems created by someone else. Not only do you not TRULY know the original scripter's complete methodology, you weren't in their head when they were considering (or not) the interaction of new code to the on-going script. This puts you back 100 paces when it comes to debugging, and all that time spent debugging is time you COULD have used to add new features to your own script.

By using someone elses script, and then asking the forum about every problem you run into, and then waiting for an answer, while beating away at the script mindlessly...it will leave a bad taste for scripting in your mouth. Your problem is VERY basic and knowing how vehicle creation works in SAMP is like step 3 in the list (first two being 1)learn what SAMP is and 2) find wiki.sa-mp.com). You REALLY should consider the fact that challenging yourself to make your own mode will force you to truly learn SAMP scripting. Once that starts to happen, you'll realize that it can be quite easy. You might end up being the next RP mode that everyone goes nuts to download (and hopefully learn from).
