Anyone know a program that i can create a DJ mix or a song on it ?

Try Virtual DJ. I heard it's a good program, but never tried it yet.

I tried it but it only mix songs , i need a program like it can make a song

FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton, Pro Tools. Search on ****** for 'DAWs' and you'll find what you're looking for.
