GVC.inc doesn't work! [HELP] - Beastorc55 - 31.05.2013

I mean I have done everything I even have:

Someone please help! I wanna make another update for my GM and also I even redownloaded the file....

Do you have GVC.inc in your pawno / include folder? if yes Open your GameMode by clicking on pawno.exe then opening it from there.
