Good antispam/advertise because lord knows even the most 'popular' stunt/freeroam servers will still have people advertising their IP in your server. $20 says it happens within the first 12 hours of you opening your server.

Unique stunting places and maps, Places for DM/TDM, free roam places and the ability to spawn any vehicle of course. This is my opinion.

Let the user think outside the box, and DO NOT put your stunt areas in the airport...
