I have files on FTP now I can get the server to start under correct script.

Yes you can, If you uploaded your files and edited the Server.CFG on the control panel as the same as the informations that is on your server.cfg that is on your script files

Means there is a error. Check your server_log.txt

Maybe you should read some of the tutorials in the tutorials section before starting to even run the server .exe file.

However there is an error in your server_log, this is probably because you have missed out a plugin or something, thats the most common! :P
