Can't join any samp server - Speeeeeed - 30.05.2013

Hey guys, I have a problem. I could join all the servers until I downloaded gta3.img... then I deleted it and uninstalled samp and gta sa, when I installed it again... when I try to connect to the server... it blocks before the skin selection. I mean that I see only the beach of the start of all the servers and that's it, it doesn't move on or something. I will thank you if you reply and help me

When you re-installed the game, did you update it to the latest patch?

sorry I don't know how to do that cause I am new... when I installed gta sa... it didn't want any updates/changes
