You need to learn from basic and then,
Dont think you can make login/register system if you know you dont have that skillz,
But you can go to TUTORIAL section to make the FS that you request

you should look at the base filterscripts and study what each thing does it'll help. We can only help you so much you won't learn anything if we hand it to you.

Although I'd highly recommend making it yourself, that way you can improve, but if you do use someone else's, open it up and try to make sense of how everything works.
