I know how to open a port but I can't do it now because I changed modem...My modem is ZTE

Assuming you are using your server on port 7777, this should work:
Application: SA-MP
Protocol: UDP
Start Port Number: 7777
End Port Number: 7777
Local IP Adress: computer local IP (192.168.2.5)
Start Port Number(Local): 7777
End Port Number(Local): 7777
