I'm not sure why you would want to use it anyways. You could find so much better with a little time and dedication, or, as previously mentioned, you could make your own.

@Chiao, the time your going to waste finding this template than editing it blah blah... You could just start making your own, the way you want it. It's not hard if you get a little push.
