Registation system - YoungLoko - 29.05.2013

Please help. ive followed a [Tutorial] on how to make a registration system with Y_ini
but it wont save?
it shows a file with my name but it wont save no stats
nothing not even my password

Please Help?

i had a problem like that,did you create a file inside scriptfiles called User or something it won't work if you don't

yeah i did it save the file with my name but in it its blank.
