How do I delete this GTA. - Goru - 25.05.2013

I made a huge folder. Just for me. Named "My FOLDER"

I got everything that's mine in there. A bunch of different folders and stuff.
So earlier, my GTA bugged out on me so I downloaded a new GTA. I forgot to delete that gta.
So I made a new folder with the same name and the same content and now i can't delete the old gta folder that doesn't work cause it's open in a another program or some shit. How do I delete the old GTA?

here, restart your computer, and before opening any programs, delete that gta.

Yeah i know this problem.
Steps:
LOG OFF YOUR COMP
THEN AFTER THAT DELETE AS FAST AS YOU CAN

I faced a problem like this before when doing some mods edit your sa:mp .exe so it goes to your new director Then close off everything click out of the folder go to your old one do not open it and delete it as a aministrator

Nope, do this;

Control Panel >> Programs >> Uninstall a Program >> search forgta san andreas or something and click uninstall.
