Look at below OnPlayerConnect() and OnPlayerSpawn() is there a GivePlayerMoney() function? You can set it there.

Search Your script For
GivePlayerMoney Function?
And Remove it
And to remove the VIP start
Post your Onplayerconnect ? or OnplayerSpawn
