You should use HTML Colour Code and not SA:MP Code.

Here's an example for SA:MP Code 0xFF0000FF - This is SA:MP Colour
Here's an example for HTML Code FF0000 - This is HTML Colour

0xFF0000FF

So you should use like this here's an example as Client Message
