I think they used the SetPlayerAttachedObject functions and set the scale to make it look bigger.

basically modelling using a 3d program that models anything like controllers cars pc mobiles screen etc.. and just made it bigger than overwrite existing files In gta

It's not a mode.
Its a very Israeli server witch have very proffesional proggremer.

This is just SetPlayerAttachedObject, one is holding a gun, aims with it and just adds another RPG Model ontop of the current RPG, stretches it so it looks bigger but he actually got the original GTA SA gun underneath the Attached-Object model.
