This can be that server problem which you are trying to connect.

This is the MOTD of all the servers that use NGG script - The text might change tho, However - That would only happen on NGG-edits.

It's an textdraw created by the server you're trying to connect. They're just advertising their scripter and the one who developed/upgraded the script. It's nothing to worry about.
