Special Cars?! - Simm - 17.05.2013
I saw in a server that they have special cars in it. I saw that objects in MTA but how they added it to samp that i object follows the bike/car. I have no mod in my samp. (what is id of that neon lights?). Here is pictures.

All they did was attach objects to the vehicles, a feature that's been around for a long time. The neon lights were one of the first custom objects added to SA-MP.
The neon lights create huge square shadows that look ugly.

how to attach a thing to a vehicle ? whats the id of that neon ?
