It's all really complete nonsense, the human body is designed to protect us against almost anything we come in contact with the chances of actually getting an infection is really very low there is absolutely nothing shocking about this.

yeah, small amounts of bacteria. Imagine loading yourself with bacteria, thats how we get sick. It overwhelms our immune system, but it fights back and then we get better. The amount is all that matters
