i just started scripting yesturday and i get most of it but i need help what should i start adding to the server is there any scripters out there that has a skype to help me and teach me a few things ?

I would suggest you to rather head over to the wiki, and read through the general topics there. And then ask here if you stumble across something you do not understand. Though always remember to search for the problem to make sure it hasn't been asked earlier.

I would suggest to LEARN more about PAWN before starting up a server, I experienced that before when I was a beginner I started a server without knowing most of the PAWN basic functions and it didn't end up good, so better learn before starting.

well that dependence, I starter server when I started scripting, and through all bugs, errors and warnings I've learned scripting

You can't learn if you wont try first.

This is what I've done in the first time scripting / trying to open my own server. If you wont believe me, check my starting topics. Even my English was 100% sucking.
