Lol man. Many people here thinks that Graphic is in importment components in PC.It is when you are modeling. But when you are playing games. Then that is CPU.CPU is most importment component in Gaming PCs.Then is Graphic Card. But if you are not modeler then you don`t need best GPU with 1 GB and 128bit one is good for all games.

You have no idea what you are talking about and you are completely wrong.
Anyways, the card you bought is bad and you shouldn't be prepared to play ANY newer games without expecting to get more than 10 FPS. This card wasn't even decent in its time. It's just meant to replace onboard graphics to a discrete.

There is no way it can run Black Ops II (with more than 10 FPS), let alone high settings.

Yeah you're completly, because if you play Hitman absolution @ 1920x1080 maxed out it can take sometimes about 2GB of VRAM, also a card which is GDDR3 and has 128-Bit memory bandwidth, is simply a complete shit, I say this because I had myself one card like that... Even if it's GDDR5 you can get sometimes stuck with some games.
BTW Hitman got my cards vram usage to 2024 MB.
