There are plenty of extensions/add-ons for your browser that block specified websites.

If you are using FireFox I recommend the LeechBlock extension, I used to use it when I used FireFox and it was great.

Any parental control software can do it. But if you want to troll him you can edit your hosts file (****** it if you don't know what it is) to redirect porn sites to localhost.
