Of course it will but you need to have some good specs to upgrade to Win 8.

Good specs? Windows 8 isn't a resource whore like Vista. Anything bought within the past several years will run it fine.

I meant if he has less than 1 gigs ram and less than 16 gigs HDD space.

The OP is asking whether they can run GTA:SA on 8 Enterprise (compatibility issues), not if their computer can handle 8.

OT: Just curious to know why are you upgrading to Enterprise instead of Pro or something else? For business purposes?

Windows 8 Enterprise is basically Windows 8 Pro with a few more features. I'm actually running Windows 8 Enterprise. I suspect he's using Enterprise because he has a key for it.
