Hello Guys i Want Some Textdraw Picture Creator So BSN is Text And image2Textdraw is So small only 45x45 pixel lol

I want create like picture around radar and health bar so i want textdrwa bigger then image2textdraw look like in Filterscripts Windos 8 Tablet Did Someone Know This tool ? Can u tell me plz ? thx a lot guys >_<

45x45 is all that's possible really. At least, pixel by pixel.
You have to work with what you got.
