Animation HELP! - brianvis - 06.05.2013

I'm looking for this animation that kinda makes the player extend his hand halfway and hold it in that position. I'm pretty sure that animation exists as I saw it somewhere but I can't quite recall what's it called.


Can anyone please help me?
