I need help with mod installer. [HOW TO FIX] - THE_KING$5$ - 05.05.2013

Hi guys i am having trouble with sami which is grand thief auto mod installer.
So my problem is my sami wants me to download net frame work 1.1
Which i have. But it still wants me to download Net Frame work.

Do the following steps:-
1.Re-install your .NET framework
2.After .net,re-install your mod installer.
3.I prefer you to use some other mod installer,there are many others like Spark,Alci's Image editor and img tool v2.
It works well with me.I don't know why it isn't working in your computer.Hm.....maybe re-installing windows may FIX the problem
