It's alright but not very creative and the fencing around the perimeter is very ugly looking.

It is kinda too empty but mapping is good.Make some more things in the area and it will be good.

Then why don't you change it into mafia hideout.Delete all the objects,they'arent too much and make a mafia hideout instead.Also keep the house. Good work! |

I wouldn't exactly use this for Roleplay.
Since, that it's pretty unrealistic.
And, well even without the promise of Updates, the map is boring and really needs something in it.
Anyhow, good luck in the Future - and I love people who give Mapping a try, even without success...

If I lived in a mansion that had it's wallpaper on the outside, I'd ask for a refund.
The fences are really bad, they aren't mapped bad - but they whole idea of them is confusing I'd have little cute fences lol c:

Fences are too much for a "hideout", the military camo-roof used for a cube is unrealistic, those warheads all over are extreamly unrealistic, and the map doesn't look like a mansion at all.
Anyway, the interior of the "house" will be good if you fix some details and add another wall to the exterior.
