Ugly color combination and logos, I must admit. Other than the design, It's nice If it works fine.

Use a few light colors, and keep the fonts simple and classic not stylish because the decrease the professional look and give a rather noobish look.
i would suggest using black and white with a few more colors like lime, aqua, mauve, and other bright colors like blue for highlighting text

Absolutely horrible. No offence to you.
Your structure is extremely confusing. I don't know what to do to go somewhere, where to go and how to navigate. It is unclear how to log out, also.
There are very many spelling mistakes.
Purchase an admin template from themeforest.net and modify it to make it into a UCP.

Really, no offence but the design is poorly done, man
Too much spelling mistakes, nav bars off their positions, and it's like a nightmare while looking at it on iPad 0.o
